Mr & Mrs Gray were at the early stages of building their eco-friendly home when they gave us call. They had visited our website and were delighted to find a local recommended company who could provide all the plumbing, electrical and renewable works they required.
Following a meeting at our Ely office, Roly sent Mr & Mrs Gray a complete design and quote for a 4kW Solar PV system, a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system (MVHR), under-floor heating, bathroom installation, plumbing and electrical works. After careful consideration Mr & Mrs Gray were pleased with the information received and placed their order with us.
Our electrical engineer Karl and apprentice William installed 14 Monocrystalline in-roof solar panels on the south facing roof providing a healthy income from the government’s Feed-in Tariff (FiT). The in-roof solar panels sit neatly within the roofline providing a slimline, elegant look.
Karl installed a MVHR system which provides continuous fresh filtered pre-warmed air throughout the family home. Mr & Mrs Gray are pleased with how efficient the system works all year round.
Throughout the project we worked closely with the architect Ian Waters and other site contractors. Mr and Mrs Gray have now moved in to their stunning family home and are delighted with how warm the home is. Each room feels beautifully cosy, the underfloor heating throughout the ground floor works fantastically with the oak wooden floor Mr Gray choose to be installed. In a few areas of the home, Karl fitted stylish LED lighting strips, Mr Gray enjoys being able to change the lighting colour to reflect his mood!
