After putting the heating on Miss Young discovered a radiator had split causing water to pour out over the wooden flooring of her family home. Unable to stop the leak, Miss Young called our office in a panic, Shane was able to give instructions over the phone to stop the water flow.
Miss Young had two small children and was keen to get the heating back on as soon as possible. We managed to move a few jobs around so our Engineer Jack could visit and replace the radiator the same day.
