Details:
We were introduced to our client through an Architect who was building a large rural house. They wanted to make the house as energy efficient as possible as they realised that big buildings could have high running costs.
The client had decided he would like fancy column radiators installed on the first floor and under-floor heating downstairs. We discussed oil boilers, biomass and air source heat pumps (ASHP); together we came up with solution of 2 ASHPs that would provide low heating running costs and still meet the high volume (400L) of the hot water cylinder.
We also installed the client’s bathrooms, which included double sinks, one fitted bath, one free standing bath and four large showers, each with a view of a fitted television. The toilets were wall hung and the taps were wall mounted to give a neater appearance.
The client was delighted with the install and we look forward to working with him on other projects.
