As you can imagine, our sales team receive a lot of emails every single day, advertising new products, none of which interest us a great deal. But we do read them all because occasionally, amongst all the generic bits and bobs, there is a little gem that we absolutely can not miss. A few weeks ago, Becki received an email that caught her eye, and she was intrigued to learn more.
Let us introduce you to something new for Eco Installer: the Relair Air Conditioning Unit. We imagine you are wondering what makes it different and why it is worthy of its own case study. That is simple. The Relair requires absolutely NO external unit, which makes it a game changer for so many of our customers; all that is visible externally are two holes, covered by an outdoor cover. The Monoblock Heat Pump uses an R290 refrigerant, which may sound like jargon, but trust us when we say it ticks all the boxes if you are passionate about looking after our planet. We also love that it has a low global warming potential (GWP). The system comes with a remote control but can also be used with the touch screen or the WIFI app. What is there not to love about that?
In a nutshell, the Relair Air Conditioning Unit gets a big fat yes from us, and we are pretty confident that it is going to be very popular with our customers throughout the second half of 2024 and beyond. The lovely ladies in our office – not forgetting ‘Skye the Eco Dog – are now kept cool throughout summer and will be nice and cosy in those winter months, too.
