Keiran and Louise live on the outskirts of the beautiful Cathedral City of Ely, just down the road from our Eco offices in Witchford. We are happy to travel far and wide, but it is extra special to know that we can support the local community.
These guys needed our help with the installation of solar panels on their garage roof. Solar PV panels are suitable for most homes and are an excellent investment for the future; the benefit of lower energy bills and rising fuel prices is massive. Our team attended the property to carry out a survey, presented the customers with potential solutions and then provided a no-obligation quote. Eco Installer were able to recommend installing Perlight Delta Solar Panels in order to draw energy from natural sunlight and use this to power the home’s electricity supply…and we knew that Barry was the man for the job.
It is important to us that the work we complete achieves the best result for our clients, so we took things a step further; given that the garage roof had shading from houses on either side, we also fitted Tigo optimisers for added efficiency. They work a treat and give the best results. To finish the project, we installed the battery inside the garage.
Eco Installer were also able to offer guidance on the Government Smart Export Guarantee (SEG), which will allow them to claim money off their bills in exchange for the energy that they give back to the electricity grid from their new solar panels. This is great for contributing to a greener planet – and great for long-term cost savings, too! Keiran and Louise are delighted with their solar installation and are looking forward to making the most of the summer sun whilst receiving cheaper energy bills. Win-win.
