In 2014 Jude bought a dilapidated 17th-century barn which she hoped to restore. As the building is listed as a Grade 2 it took a while to receive planning permission. Once this was achieved, Jude contacted us to see if we could visit the barn and quote to install underfloor heating throughout. Our engineer Sam visited the property and calculated just over 3km of underfloor heating was needed.
We worked closely with the builders schedule and once they were ready for us, Sam laid the underfloor heating before screeding the floor.
Understandably, this renovation has received lots of interest and has even featured on George Clarke’s ‘Restoration Man’ program shown on channel 4!
